Returns

Return requests must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

As handloom products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, weave, or design are natural and will not be considered defects.

Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.
