Refund and Returns Policy

At Export Handloom, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy applies under the following terms and conditions:

Returns

  • Return requests must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • As handloom products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, weave, or design are natural and will not be considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Wholesale or bulk orders (unless agreed otherwise in writing)

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Clearance or discounted products (if clearly mentioned)

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

  • The refund process may take 7–10 working days.

Wholesale Orders

 

Return and refund terms for wholesale or bulk orders are defined separately at the time of order confirmation.
